The world is a far better place because of Netflix. We can watch anything at any time, on any screen, and enjoy the story along with a cup of tea or coffee. But sometimes, as wonderful as Netflix is, we wish there was something better to watch. Something that will stay with us forever. Something that we can talk about for years to come. Something that will remind us of incredible stories, or of times when life was not so great. Something that will give us hope, or make us laugh. So when Netflix isn’t good enough, we have the glorious news that there is another option. Thanks to Blogger and Reblogs, we can now curate our own content, and keep our entertainment exactly where we want it – on our fingertips. The problem is, we can’t always be certain of the quality of the content. So here’s where we find ourselves, asking the question: Who Shot Gamby? And is Bernie Sanders the most likely suspect? Let’s take a look.
Who Shot Gamby?
No one really knows for sure who shot Gamby. He was found dead in his home in South Shore, Illinois, on January 2, 2020. According to his obituary, the senior curmudgeon had been suffering from Alzheimer’s disease for several years, and died from complications related to the disease. He was 89 years old.
There are a number of theories as to who might have shot Gamby. Chief among them is Bernie Sanders. The Vermont senator has always had a thorn in his side, and Gamby was probably one of the many old men he felt had wronged him in some way. There is also the theory that it was one of Gamby’s many dogs who killed him. It’s been reported that he bred them all himself, so there’s a reason why he was so attached to them. Perhaps he felt a need to protect them, as he was trying to protect himself from any sort of harm. It wouldn’t be the first time a person had been killed by one of their own animals. In some countries, people with Alzheimer’s are prohibited from owning pets, due to the risk of these animals becoming dangerous. But that’s not the case here in the U.S.A. because people with Alzheimer’s are the most likely to be hurt by others – especially their own animals. So, while we wait for the results of the autopsy to determine the official causes of death, let’s take a look at the evidence that points to Bernie Sanders as the likely murderer.
The Evidence
Let’s start with the obvious. Bernie Sanders is a millionaire with a net worth of over $7 million. I’m sure that has a lot to do with who shot Gamby. It is also well known that Sanders has owned a gun for as long as he has been a politician. He even used to sleep with one under his bed. So, if you’ve read one of our other entries, you know that we’re pretty big fans of guns. They’re pretty reliable when it comes to killing people. If we’re to believe some statistics, they’re also pretty popular. According to the National Rifle Association, over 66.2 million Americans own or have owned a gun. That’s about 88% of the population. For a politician who’s never held electoral office, and whose entire platform is based on giving other people money, this is quite the contradiction. One would think that someone who’s so desperate for power that they’re willing to kill an old man to get it. Might be a little too much at once. Maybe Bernie Sanders isn’t the one who shot Gamby; it could have been anyone. Or, maybe they all shot him, because he was such a thorn in their side, and they were mad enough at him to want him out of the way. We’ll probably never know for sure.
A Possible Motive
Alzheimer’s disease is a terrible illness. It progresses slowly but relentlessly. Eventually, the brain becomes so damaged that it is no longer capable of functioning. Some families are lucky enough to have an obituary they can recite from. For others, it is a battle to even name the cause of death. If you’ve ever watched the Netflix series, The Irishman, you know exactly what kind of illness Bernie Sanders has been battling. It is heart-breaking to watch. And to think that this could have been avoided, if only he had sought help earlier. But, sometimes, the victims of Alzheimer’s choose to remain hidden from the world, afraid that others won’t understand their condition, or that it will hurt their privacy. In 2016, there was a big break in the case of a wealthy man in America who was found frozen to death in his mansion. It turned out that he had been afflicted with Alzheimer’s for over a decade, and his family only found out about it after his death. They sued the doctors, the hospital and the lab that diagnosed him, arguing that they were strictly negligent in not treating him sooner. So, if you’re reading this, Bernie Sanders, and you happen to be in America, seek help before it’s too late. You have people who absolutely adore you, and who want to help. Don’t be afraid to ask. Chances are, someone is willing to answer your call. You don’t want to wait until you’re too sick to remember your own family. Especially your daughter, who you love more than anyone else in this world. She doesn’t deserve to lose a parent to this illness. It’s a sad fact that Alzheimer’s has become very fashionable, especially amongst the well-bred classes in Europe. The disease is viewed as a badge of honor, a way of life – as glamorous as it is tragic. If you’re lucky enough to have an obituary you can recite, publish it in full. Let the world know about your incredible accomplishments, your brilliant mind, and your boundless compassion. But, above all else, don’t be afraid to let people know how much you love them. Because the sooner you tell them, the sooner you’ll have someone to tell you. And that, in turn, will make all the difference in the world.
