From there, you can change your password, update your email address, and edit other account details. You can also choose to “Cancel My Account.” This will deactivate all of your accounts and returns all of your funds to you. When you confirm your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your request.
Refunding Your Spending
If you decide that you no longer want to use a betting network, you can get a full refund on your subscription fees. To do this, you must first open a new account with the betting network you want to try. Then, contact customer service to request a refund. The customer service representative will ask for your username and password so they can look up your order. Once your order is returned to active status, you’ll receive an email confirming the refund. You can then log back into your original account and change your password to something different. This will prevent future problems with unauthorized access to your account information.
One important thing to note is that, if you’re going to cancel your membership with one of the bigger betting networks, it could take some time for your account to be completely verified and processed.
